We’re hiring a Junior Product Manager with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a passion for building products from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the industry and the evolution of our platform.

Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product based on data, user feedback, and market analysis.
Analyze and solve issues related to product performance and user experience.
Ensure data quality and accuracy in product decision-making.
Troubleshoot product development blockers with tech and business teams.
Maintain product documentation following Zenova’s methodology.
Collaborate with operational teams to align product strategy and execution.
📊 Reports to: Lead Product Manager – Residential
🔁 Performance review: Semiannual, based on objectives
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Engineer.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Amplitude, etc.) and ability to extract insights.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a user-first approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
Proactive and organized in dynamic settings.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch).
Experience in startups or scale-ups within Product, Tech, or Data.
Technical knowledge (APIs, no-code tools, databases, Python).
